How to Set Up Your Brand Page

We make the process of setting up your Brand Page easy and intuitive. Once you log in, there are tips to walk you through how to best set up your page.
A Cover Photo
Cover photos help you express your brand identity. Try changing your cover photo seasonally or when new things are happening with your brand or product!
Dimensions: 1170 pixels wide x 395 pixels tall.
B Your Logo
Keep in mind, this is a square image that will be cropped in a circular shape. (Think: your Facebook avatar.)
Dimensions: 200 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall.
C A Short Bio
It helps users understand at a glance what you’re all about. Plus, it will allow ambassadors to find you by showing up in search results and audience targeting.
D Social Media
Repurpose Instagram and Facebook content for your Heartbeat audience.
E Activate Your Existing Community
Invite consumers who already love you to join your presence on Heartbeat. Tap into new insights and start a loyalty program.
F Add a Button
The profile button on the bottom right tells ambassadors at a glance what they can do next. We off three Call To Action (CTA) options:
- Shop Now
- Learn More
- Download App
When you click the red “Add a Button” button, a box will pop up for you to choose your CTA and paste your desired URL.
Once you have completed the above steps, click the button on the bottom right of the page to submit your page for approval. A Heartbeat team member will get back to you within 24 hours (M-F).
